I had a hard time at first as well because I would write a whole blog remark, go to post it and it would not work. Well here is the skinny, get it the "skinny"... anyway so much for humor, you have to sign up for a blog account which is easy. First you have to sign up for a blog accoun, mine is through google, easy as giving an email address and inventing a password. Once you have that you go to the blog entry you want to comment on, type a comment in the box, where it says comment as, click the arrow to choose google account and then click post comment. <br />

Its called "Muffin in a Mug"<br />

1/4 cup ground flaxseed meal (at grocery store near the flour)<br />
1 tsp. ground cinnamon<br />
1/2 tsp. baking powder (make sure it is a fresh can)<br />
<br />
1 to 2 tsp. Agave Nectar (light is my favorite)<br />
1 egg<br />
1/2 tsp. butter or olive oil. (you can also try 1 tbsp of sugar free apple sauce)<br />
<br />
Mix together dry ingredients in a coffee mug. Add egg, butter and Agave nectar and stir well making sure all dry ingredients are mixed in. Microwave for one minute, 15 seconds. Turn the mug over onto a plate and muffin will pop out. (If top is still mushy, you can microwave for another 15 seconds).
